Valheim 1.0 launched as the full Valheim game on September 9, 2026.

The launch covers Steam for Windows, Linux, and Mac; the Mac App Store for Mac; Humble for Windows, Linux, and Mac; and the Microsoft Store for Windows. Console storefronts cover Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.

What players can do now

If you owned Valheim during Early Access, your existing copy updates to the new version.
New buyers can purchase Valheim through the listed computer and console digital storefronts.
